Documents Required for Hajj Visa Endorsement:

1. Passport with 6 months validity (must have at least 2-5 blank pages)
2. Four passport size pictures with white background
   
3. Original vaccination: Meningitis, ACYW-135 Menomunu (valid for at least 3 years and must be signed and stamped by the Doctor or Clinic)
   
4. For married couple traveling together, a copy of the marriage certificate
   
5. If you are a permanent residence, a copy of the Green Card (Must be valid for 06 Months)
   
6. For children under the age of 18 traveling with parents, a copy of birth certificate

Terms and conditions
The responsibility of Al Haramain Hajj, Umrah & Travel Services is limited and act as agent to arrange for passengers in making reservations for airline, hotels, buses or any services in connection with Hajj or Umrah tour and shall assumes no responsibility or any liability what so ever for any personal injury, loss, accident, delay or irregularity caused through an act of default of any participant or by any force majors condition or as an act of God. Al Haramain Hajj, Umrah & Travel Services will not accept any monetary liability for any additional expenses due to change in schedule and procedure followed by the airline due to any security or any condition may impose on by any state or government.
